This weekend, the 5th and 6th of November, Cup North | Manchester Coffee Fest will host, among many other brilliant things, The UK Cup Tasters Championship.
The two day event pitches 36 of the country's best tasters over four rounds of competition to decide who will go forward and represent the UK in Budapest, Hungary next June.
This is probably the biggest and toughest field the UK has seen, with competitors from every sphere of our industry; everything from green importers through roasters and baristas.
Each table starts on the half hour starting @ 9.30 on Saturday, 10am on Sunday, ending at 16.30 on Sunday with the final three.
